In case I want to jump as a couple/tandem, do I have to make a different process in the reservation?
No, it will simply be reserved for two people, as if it were an individual jump, and once at the facilities, we will warn the guides of our intention to go down as a couple.
Important to go down as a couple:
Between them we cannot exceed 140kg. of weight nor a weight difference of more than 40Kg.
How far in advance should I arrive at the facility?
You must arrive at the facility 30 minutes before your reservation time to check in.
How does the activity work?
How long is the total duration of the activity?
From your reservation time, it takes a total of between half an hour and 45 minutes. 20 minutes of ascent in a 4×4 vehicle to the beginning of the zip line and 10/20 minutes between the descent of the entire group that has climbed up.
What will I do with my personal belongings?
In the office we have free lockers to store any object susceptible to loss or that is annoying to perform the activity (bags, fanny packs, wallets, car keys, etc.), the company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings.
Can I record my download?
Any object that we wish to climb in order to be able to make recordings must be attached at all times during the descent of the zip line. You can bring the cell phone up but it must come down in the zippered pocket or if they come down in the hand with some rope or fastening element. The same applies to action cameras, our helmets have a universal attachment for these cameras, in case you want to lower them by hand, they must be attached with some extra security method. We do not rent action cameras and drones are not allowed to fly in the vicinity of the facility.
If I do not wish to perform the activity. Can I get in the vehicle to see how my companion is getting out?
No, the upgrades are exclusively for customers.
Do you do any kind of photography?
What clothes should I wear?
Comfortable clothing, it is not necessary to dress warmer than the ambient temperature. The use of supportive footwear (no flip-flops without ankle/heel closures) will be required.
Will my companions, children or pets be able to wait for me?
We have a rest area, terraces and a small bar where you can wait while you watch your friends and family go down the zip line. There are also screens with the projection of the zip line exit in real time.
In the event that children or pets are kept waiting, an adult will have to be responsible for them, either by jumping at different times or by someone who is not going to do the activity.
Can I access the beginning of the zip line with my own vehicle?
If I do not perform the activity, can I know when my companion comes down to record it?
Yes! You can see your friend on the office screen, which is connected to the zip line exit area, where you can see how the next person to go down is getting ready.
