Frequently asked questions about the Pyrenees Zipline
If you cannot find an answer to your question, you can contact us, we will be happy to help you.
If I want to jump as a couple/tandem, do I have to follow a different process when booking?
No, you simply have to book for two people at the same time, as if it were an individual jump, and then, once on the jumping platform, inform the guide of your intention to go down as a couple.
Important to go down as a couple:
Between the two of us we cannot exceed 150kg of weight and there cannot be a weight difference greater than 40kg.
How far in advance should I arrive at the facilities?
You must arrive at the facility 30 minutes before your reservation time to check-in.
How does the activity work?
Upon arrival at our facilities you will find the car park, the office, our terrace with a bar and the arrival ramp.
Once equipped, we will take you in our 4×4 vans for 20 minutes, along a track built specifically for this activity, to the jump ramp.
The descent on the zip line lasts approximately a minute and a half, ending at the starting point of
activity.
Our vans have a capacity of 8 people and leave every 20 minutes.
What are the conditions for children at Tirolkid?
Children must be accompanied at all times, so if you also take part in the zipline activity for adults, you must take into account that one person must stay with the child: you must leave a free shift to be able to take care of the minor.
The jumps on the adult zip line are every 20 minutes, so you should leave 40 minutes of margin.
For example, if you did the first jump at 12:00, the next one would have to be at 12:40.
Weights: minimum 15 kg and maximum 34 kg.

We do not have action cameras for rent, nor is the flight of drones permitted in the vicinity of the facility.
If I do not want to do the activity. Can I get in the vehicle to see how my companion gets out?
No, the uploads are exclusively for clients.

What clothes should I wear?
Comfortable clothing, it is not necessary to dress warmer than room temperature. It will be necessary to use footwear with support (not flip flops without closure at the ankle/heel)
Will my companions, minors or pets be able to wait for me?
We have a rest area, terraces and a small bar where you can wait while you watch your friends and family go down the zip line. There are also screens projecting the start of the zip line in real time.
If minors or pets have to wait, an adult will have to be responsible for them, either doing jumps at different times or having someone stay who is not going to do the activity.
